Day of Innovation

Join Intermediate Unit 1 and Inventionland Institute for a day of professional development focusing on project-based learning, team building, and innovation. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in STEAM activities that they can take back to their classroom, learn about innovation curriculum, and network with peers while exploring Inventionland’s award-winning immersive environments. Lunch will be provided by Inventionland Institute.

This event is free, and Act 48 credits/credit hours will be issued.

9:30-9:50 AM Check-in, coffee and light refreshment provided

9:50-10 AM Welcome and instructions

10AM – Noon Innovation Team Challenges

12:00 – 1PM Lunch (provided by Inventionland Institute)

1PM – 1:45 Inventionland Curriculum Review or breakout discussion session

1:45 – 2 PM break

2:00 – 2:45 PM Inventionland Curriculum Review or breakout discussion session

2:45 – 3PM Closing

3:00 – 3:30PM Optional Tour of Inventionland
