Innovation Has Been Delivered! South Fayette Middle School’s Added Two 3D Printers to their Makerspace!
Since fall’s officially begun, one might think that the temperatures would be dropping to cool new levels. Instead, at the Inventionland®Education, we’re facing a major technological warming! In fact, you could go so far as saying that autumn’s looking pretty STEAMy around here!
Just days ago, our team shared some of that STEAM with another Pittsburgh area school when they delivered two 3D printers to South Fayette Middle School. School officials there had recently ordered the printers to assist with kicking-off their latest scholastic addition – the multidisciplinary Inventionland®Education curriculum!
The South Fayette Middle School began the hands-on inventing curriculum this week; so, they’ll be giving their new equipment a few test prints in no time at all. In fact, they’re already hard at work mapping out the many parts of the design process:
